1. Exchange Policy FAQs

A1.1: Toscee.com allows you to exchange a product within 15 days of delivery if you're not satisfied with the fit, color, or design. However, returns are not accepted; only exchanges are allowed.

A1.2: You can initiate an exchange by logging into your Toscee.com account and following the online exchange process. You can also email hello@toscee.com for assistance.

A1.3: To request an exchange, make sure it's within 15 days of delivery, fill out the exchange form, and return the item in unused and unwashed condition with original packaging and tags intact. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

A1.4: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact Toscee.com within 24 hours of receipt and possibly provide a snapshot to hello@toscee.com.

A1.5: If you opt for self-shipment, dispatch the product within 48 hours after raising the exchange request, and make sure it meets the specified conditions. Please use a reliable courier service for self-ship returns.

2. Shipping Policy FAQs

A2.1: Delivery time varies based on your location. Generally, products are delivered in 3-5 working days after dispatch from the warehouse.

A2.2: Free shipping is available, but a non-refundable charge of Rs. 49 is applied to orders below Rs. 500.

A2.3: If your order is canceled or lost in transit by Toscee.com, the entire order amount, including any delivery charges, will be refunded to you.

3. Cancellation Policy FAQs

A3.1: Toscee.com reserves the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances. Any communication regarding order cancellation or applicable refunds will be made in a reasonable time.

4. Cash On Delivery (C-O-D) Policy FAQs

A4.1: C-O-D service is available for orders with a minimum value of Rs. 0 and a maximum of Rs. 50,000. The delivery location's pin code should be serviceable for C-O-D.

A4.2: No, you should not open the package before making the payment at the time of delivery.

A4.3: No, credit/debit cards are not accepted for payment during C-O-D.

5. Using Cash Back & Promo Codes/Coupons FAQs

A5.1: Cash back promo codes may not be applicable to all products on the website, so check the product details.

A5.2: Special coupons must be redeemed within the limited period, and once expired, they cannot be extended.

A5.3: You cannot combine multiple offers or promo codes unless specified otherwise.
