Exchange Procedure

At Toscee, we take great care in inspecting and packing the product. However if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your product, we'll be glad to rectify the problem or exchange the product.

Please see below for the terms and conditions of our exchange policies.

15-days Returns, Exchange policy:

If you are not satisfied with your product, you could exchange it to us within 15 days from the date the order is delivered.

For Registered Users - Steps to initiate an exchange:

1. Return the Product:
   Kindly return the item to the provided address (
   B-41 sector- 65, Noida, Gautam buddha,
   201301)
   Ensure the product is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
2. Specify the Size:
   When returning the item, please clearly mention the size or variant you would like to exchange it for.
3. Provide Order Details:
   To expedite the process, share a copy of the product's tracking number along with your order information.

4. Exchange Processing:
   Once we receive the returned item and verify the details, we will process your exchange request.
5. Completion Time:
   Your exchange will be completed and shipped within 4-5 business days, and you will receive tracking information once the new item is dispatched.
